Glen Allen, VA 23059 571-287-9147 (The “Consultant”) BACKGROUND: A. The Client is of the opinion that the Consultant has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client. B. The Consultant is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits set forth in the Agreement (see below), for which consideration (payment) is hereby agreed to by both the Client and the Consultant. AGREEMENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED Description of services to be provided: The Client hereby agrees to engage the Consultant to provide the Client with services consisting of: Providing general information related to the Federal Background Investigative Process, related Security Clearance process information, concerns and issues. Provide in-person, one-on-one consultation or Online Consulting as agreed to and to insure Client’s privacy is of utmost importance. The services include pre-clearance opinions, answering questions and explaining the security clearance application requirements. The Consultant will perform services at such place as agreed to and designated by the Client and Consultant to perform these services in accordance with this Agreement. Both Consultant and Client understand and agree to that this Service is rendered with only the providing of general information, opinions, suggestions and explanations of the Federal Background Investigative Process as it relates to the security clearance application and (the Consultant) is not engaged in rendering legal advice. If legal assistance is required, the services of a competent attorney specializing in security clearance law should be sought. I (the Consultant) have no control and make no assumptions, nor imply or make any promises on any actions that the U.S. Government may take in deciding whether a person will or will not be granted or obtain a Security Clearance. I further agree to not hold the Consultant responsible for any loses (including employment, financial, legal) resulting from (the Client) being denied a Security Clearance. I hold the Consultant harmless and not responsible for any actions taken by the U.S. Government related to my Security Clearance application. END DATE OF THE AGREEMENT: Upon Completion of the Service. IN-PERSON CONSULTANT COMPENSATION: $195.00 per hour or any portion of first hour. $80.00 for every addition half-hour or portion of that half-hour. ONLINE CONSULTANT COMPENSATION: $100.00 per hour or any portion of first hour. $40.00 for every addition half-hour or portion of that half-hour.
WHEN WILL CONSULTANT BE PAID: Deposit of $195.00 upon acceptance (signing) of Agreement for In-Person service; Deposit of $100.00 for Online service. Balance (if any) due at completion of Service. Agreed and Accepted:
